SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not offer traditional shipping. Instead, all purchases must be collected from your local academy.  

 

How It Works:

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details on when your item will be ready for collection.  

  • Once your order is ready, visit your selected gym during its opening hours to pick it up.  

  • Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid form of ID for verification.  

 

Collection Timeframe: 

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day. If there are any delays, we will notify you.  
     

Important Notes: 

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of being notified that they are ready.  

  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide a copy of the order confirmation and their ID.  

  • Uncollected items may be returned to stock, and a refund may not be guaranteed.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Refunds

Should you change your mind about an item you have purchased, we will accept its return and refund the cost of the item.

Items can only be accepted for refund if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to accept items returned after the 30 day period.

Returned items must be in the condition as sent to you and re-saleable. Items that have been worn or washed are soiled or otherwise damaged will not be accepted for refund.

Items that are returned crumpled not correctly folded or which require re-tagging or re-packaging will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the cost of returning the item to a re-saleable condition.
 

Exchanges

We do not exchange items. However if you require a different item to that which you have purchased, you can return the original item subject to the conditions set out in the Refunds section, then order the alternative item via our website in the normal way.
